What Kosher supervision are you under?
We are under the hashgachah of Chief Rabbi of Scotland Moshe Rubin and have a team of mashgichim on site under his auspices to ensure all meals meet the highest standards of kashrus.
Can we have a private seder?
Yes you can have a private seder in a separate room with your own wait staff, or semi-private seder with other families in the same room. Just ask and we'll give you a price quote based on your group size.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements or food allergies?
Absolutely. We can accommodate your dietary needs and preferences. Please note any requirements on your registration form after you sign up.
What airport do I fly into?
The main airport near the hotel is Edinburgh Airport (EDI) situated less than an hour away with direct flights to many locations around the world.

Peebles Hydro Hotel accommodates around 350 guests. We're expecting to sell out early this year so the hotel will be full.
